Eddie Greenhalgh, first vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Birmingham office, and Jake Payne, associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Birmingham office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Greenhalgh and Payne also procured the buyer, a limited liability company. Megaplex Storage is located at 391 14th Ave NE in Jasper, Alabama. The property was constructed in 2008 on 5.70 acres, and features 445 units.
